At Step Out & Play, every item is made to order. This allows us to carefully produce each product to the highest standard while reducing unnecessary waste.

Processing Time

• All orders are made to order.
• Please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be manufactured and prepared for dispatch.
• During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

Delivery

• We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation with any available tracking information.

Delivery times begin after your order has been completed and dispatched. While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
