Applicable to all orders

All products supplied by Bespoke Outdoor are made to order and manufactured to your individual specifications.

Because our products are custom-made, once an order has been placed and accepted it cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you have changed your mind. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations for goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Please ensure all sizes, specifications, colours and order details are correct before placing your order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
